Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on this website between the house of Stéphanie de Bruijn (the seller) and any buyer (the customer). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are those shown on the website, within the limits of available stock. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges billed in addition. Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

The sale is final once the order is confirmed and payment received.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, securely, by credit card or via PayPal.

Article 6 — Delivery

Terms, times and charges are detailed in our Shipping policy.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal (see Returns and withdrawal and the Withdrawal request page). Unsealed perfumes and bespoke creations are excluded.

Article 8 — Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.

Article 9 — Liability

The seller cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the product or force majeure.

Article 11 — Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. Failing an amicable solution, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction. The customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
