Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Return conditions

Products must be returned new, unopened and in their intact original packaging. For reasons of hygiene and safety, any unsealed or opened perfume cannot be taken back.

Bespoke creations

Bespoke perfumes, personalised to your requests, cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal applicable to made-to-order goods.

Procedure

To make a return, contact us at stephaniedebruijn@parfumsurmesure.com quoting your order number. We will send you the procedure to follow. Return costs are [to be specified: at your expense / covered by the House].

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is made within 14 days to the payment method used for the order.
