Shipping policy
Order processing
Each order is prepared with care in our Paris atelier. A preparation time of up to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) is added to the shipping time. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.
Complimentary shipping
Shipping is complimentary from €150 of purchase in mainland France. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, according to your destination and the chosen shipping method. A sample is offered with every order.
Delivery times
The times below run from dispatch:
- France & Monaco: 2 to 3 working days standard (Colissimo), 1 to 2 working days express (Chronopost).
- European Union & Switzerland: 3 to 5 working days.
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days, via express carrier (DHL / FedEx).
These times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, so you can follow your order through to delivery.
Areas served
We ship to France, the European Union, Switzerland and internationally. Some destinations or formats (samples, discovery sets) may be subject to restrictions linked to local regulations on the transport of liquids. For any specific request, contact us.
Delivery addresses
To ensure your order is received, please provide a complete and accurate address. Deliveries to a PO box or a temporary address may not be accepted by the carrier.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging. Full details are on our Returns and withdrawal page.
