Withdrawal request

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. Unsealed or opened perfumes and bespoke creations are excluded.

How to proceed

To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous statement by email to contact@parfumsurmesure.com, specifying your order number. You may use the template below.

The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned product, to the payment method used for the order.
